All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Processing time may take up to 2-3 days after order is made. Your parcel is checked and packed safely with a sealed box and fragile tape around it.

The Hello Crystal team want to insure your always happy with your purchase. Making sure the fragile items are wrapped securely. Please be mindful when purchasing as we do not refund or accept returns for changing your mind. Please handle your items carefully when you receive them, as we are no longer responsible, if misused or roughly handled.

If your item is faulty or damaged during transit, please contact us through email with an image of the damage item within 48 hours of purchase. We will then either send you a replacement if item is available at no extra cost or a refund if item is out of stock, exchange is not available.

Some sale items may have a slight chip on it and will always be notified by us or written in the description section of the item before any purchase is made.
